INGREDIENTS:
for the charlotte:
- 230 g milk chocolate
- 150 g sugar
- 150 ml fresh cream
- 20 savoiardi biscuits
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons liqueur to the orange flowers
PREPARATION:
